Attorney and Minister for Constitutional Affairs

Among the members of the Executive Council (cabinet ministers) of Obudhingiya is a legal brain specifically in place to serve as an Attorney qualified to practice as an Advocate of the Courts of Judicature and has so practised or gained the necessary experience for not less than five years. The Attorney General is the principal legal advisor of Obudhingiya and also provides legal services to the Obudhingiya on any subject. The work also involves drawing and perusing agreements, contracts, treaties, conventions and documents by whatever name called, to which the Obudhingiya is party or in respect of which the Obudhingiya has an interest. The minister also represents the cultural institution in Courts or any other legal proceedings to which the Obudhingiya is a party
